The bonus is valid for one year and is automatically renewed. In the event of a claim, report it in your space, provide proof of purchase of a new bike or equivalent equipment, and receive €500 in addition to your traditional theft insurance.

When you buy your bike, your dealer will ask you to identify your bike. They will then be able to offer you this buy-back bonus.

This buy-back bonus is valid for 1 year. Each year, you will be asked to renew your contract for €25.

It’s very simple. Contact our customer service department and send us the supporting documents specified in your contract. On receipt of your invoice for the purchase of a new bike in the same store, and after studying your file, we will proceed with the payment of 250€ or 500€ depending on your contract.
For a 1-year term, the recommended retail price is €39.90 for the €500 buy-back bonus. The renewal price is €25.
