Frequently asked questions

The price of your ICA Bike theft insurance depends on the value of your bike. Our annual rates for theft insurance start at €99.90.

After the1st year of your contract, you can cancel your ICA Bike theft insurance at any time.
You must give 30 days’ notice. For more information, please refer to the general terms and conditions of your contract.
In the event of theft, you must lodge a complaint and inform us within 48 hours of your bike being stolen. We will then provide you with the documents you need to file your claim.
The deductible is 10% of the reimbursement amount for your bike, with a minimum of €50. See terms and conditions in your contract.

To benefit from your ICA bike theft insurance, your bike must be identified in the “fichier national unique des cycles identifiés” (FNUCI). You must secure your bike with quality, SRA, ART-certified locks.
Bikes with a value of more than €6,000 are not covered by our insurance.
Certain accessories are not covered (luggage, GPS, etc.) and more generally any accessories that are not screwed on and that do not appear on the invoice. Please refer to your contract for further details.
